Religion- A way of life in India, not a practice ....

Your eyes scan for the Tricoloured flag if u happen to c a list of flags some where....

you unconsciously search for a Turban (Manmohan singh) in the Pic constituting several heads of Nations....

you don't feel like talking to people arnd u if India losts a match......

if u r out side India you turn arnd to c if some one utters the word India....

u feel like picking up a small piece of a paper flag if it lies on the road.....

u feel really proud if GSLV is successfully launched.......

all the above signifies ur quest, thirst and desire for India's identity, leadership, belongingnessand patriotism.

What else is more appropriate than saying " Mother India" ???

Nearly 500 yrs of Muslim rule , 200 yrs of British Raj couldn't alter the face of Indian Identity. Both tried hard to destroy temples, abolish religion, loot the resources.

North or south or east or west , Ramayana and Mahabharatha are the same. And those were the days of zero communication. Still our ancestors resisted the foreign invasions and handed over the culture, tradition and discipline to next generations.

The only reason why we still follow the religion is bcz Religion is not a practice here, it is embedded in the blood cells of every Indian. It is a way of life.
